Neil was born and raised in England, Ireland and Canada, but is proud to say that he has lived in Cayman for the majority of his working life and has been proud to call Cayman home for the past 25 years. A member of  The Design-Build Institute of America since 2002 and The National Association of Homebuilders since 2010, Neil has extensive background in the custom homebuilding industry, having been the Director of Sales and Marketing for the very successful Phoenix Group for the past 15 years.
